Our community’s diabetes education program is offered at the Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie. This program allows all people with pre-diabetes and diabetes to learn the skills they need to take an active role in managing their condition daily. Program is free and clients do not require a referral to participate.

Camp Erin® Eastern Ontario helps children (6—17 years old) express grief , build trust and self-esteem, and learn to cope with loss in a safe environment, facilitated by grief professionals and trained volunteers. Mixing traditional camp fun such as swimming, hiking, games, arts and crafts, the weekend will be a chance to also take part in supportive discussions and healing activities.

The Walk-In Counselling Clinic offers no-fee, single-session counselling services to individuals, couples and families on a first-come, first-served basis every Thursday from 1:00 to 8:00 pm (last session at 6:30 pm). Located at 26 Montreal Road, call 613-932-4610. Everyone welcome!
