Diabetes Education Program

Our community’s diabetes education program is offered at the Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie.  This program allows all people with pre-diabetes and diabetes to learn the skills they need to take an active role in managing their condition daily.  Program is free and clients do not require a referral to participate.

Camp Erin Eastern Ontario

Camp Erin® Eastern Ontario helps children (6—17 years old) express grief , build trust and self-esteem, and learn to cope with loss in a safe environment, facilitated by grief professionals and trained volunteers. Mixing traditional camp fun such as swimming, hiking, games, arts and crafts, the weekend will be a chance to also take part in supportive discussions and healing activities.

Cardiac Rehab

A partnership between the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Seaway Valley Community Health Centre and the Ontario Telemedicine Network is helping residents from Cornwall and area who are living with heart disease receive the specialized rehabilitation care they require to live a healthier life.
