Call For Proposals – System Planning

The Champlain Regional Planning Table (RPT) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants/firms to assist with our capacity to meet our stated objectives to our funder, the Champlain Local Health Integration Network (LHIN), and to the community that the RPT represents. The focus of this RFP is primarily in the realm of system planning and related administrative support/project management needed by RPT to carry out its function. The RPT currently receives funding from the LHIN with Family Service Ottawa being the agency who manages the funds. The successful candidate will however report to the chairs of the RPT. The full report to the LHIN is Appendix B. The RPT has confirmed funding from the LHIN until March 31, 2020.
