Powerful Tools For Caregivers

Free six-week workshop for adult caregivers. Mondays, January 7th to February 11th 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

In person workshops 1.5 hours each week in groups of 10-16 participants. Training will be lead by trained facilitators and provide tools for reducing stress, help with making tough decisions, changing negative self-talk, increasing confidence in coping with demands and developing strategies to put your health back in your hands.
