Seaway Valley Community Health Centre is transitioning from automated telephone reminders to email and text message appointment reminders.
This change is part of our efforts to improve communication, reduce missed appointments, and provide more efficient service to our clients.
What this means for you:
- You will receive appointment reminders by email and/or text message
- Automated phone call reminders will be discontinued in June
What you need to do:
Please ensure that we have your current email address and mobile phone number recorded in your file. You can update your contact information by speaking with our administrative team.
If you do not use email or a mobile phone:
We will work with you to find an alternative, including:
- Using a family member’s contact information (with consent)
- Providing printed appointment reminders
