Want to join our inter-professional team in community health care?

At Seaway Valley Community Health Centre (SVCHC), we believe in health equity, collaborative care, and meeting people where they’re at. While we may not have a current opening, we’re actively building a pool of qualified, community-minded Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who are passionate about inter-professional, holistic, and patient-centered care.

Interested in future opportunities?
We invite expressions of interest from NPs who are enthusiastic about community health and eager to be part of a supportive, team-based environment. Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced practitioner, we want to hear from you!

Please email your resume and a short statement of clinical interests and your enthusiasm for working at SVCHC to: joinus@seawayvalleychc.ca

We’ll keep your information on file and reach out when opportunities align with your interests and expertise.

Why SVCHC?
SVCHC provides a wide range of primary care and wellness services to individuals and families in the communities we serve. Our care model includes one-on-one clinical support, personal development groups, and community-wide initiatives—all grounded in respect, compassion, and equity.

We focus on reaching populations that experience barriers to health care, including:

  • Older adults
  • Newcomers to Canada
  • People living on low incomes
  • Individuals without access to primary care

We believe that strong partnerships and collaborative care are the foundation for both individual and community well-being.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Applicants must reside in Canada and hold a valid Canadian work permit
  • New hires must provide documentation of required healthcare worker immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccines, prior to starting employment
