Greek Yogurt Caesar Salad Dressing

Yields: 3/4 Cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 1 pinch each salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper; stir in Parmesan cheese.
  2. Serve with your Caesar salad. Enjoy!
