Yields: 3/4 Cup
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic, pressed
- 1 pinch each salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated parmesan cheese
- In bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper; stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Serve with your Caesar salad. Enjoy!
