Seaway Valley Community Health Centre (SVCHC) is presently recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner (Permanent, 35 Hours per Week).  The role has a unique focus in providing care to children age 0-5 and their families.

Reporting to the Manager of Community Programs, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) collaborates with a diverse team to provide comprehensive primary health care services at SVCHC. With expertise in the RN-EC scope, the NP conducts assessments, treatments, diagnostics, health education, and referrals. They consult with physicians and other health care professionals for cases beyond their scope and have a strong commitment to equity deserving groups. SVCHC serves individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including low-income communities, newcomers to Canada, older adults, 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, and children aged 0-5.
